We are currently trying to use the PerfectLum calibration software on systems using Matrox MED 05MP together with an Lumimed MM50 monitor. When we install the PerfectLum calibration software, and run it, the screen turns almost to black when pressing the OK button to start calibration.&#13;
&#13;
We have contacted Lumimed for this problem, but they advise us to contact PerfectLum.&#13;
&#13;
Can you please advise what steps to follow to find the cause of this problem?&#13;

I just spoke with Frank about our problem regarding the calibration of our Lumimed MM50 display in combination with the perfectlum software. I have set the display and display card on 8 and 10 bit but without result. Can you advise me some new steps to take. When i start the calibration the screen turn in to black and it is verry hard to read from it. Also the application crash.&#13;

I have sent emails to both Marc Leppla and tech support, and none of them have gone answered.  I have also called both Marc and the main company telephone number and no one answered.&#13;

I am on call this weekend, and would like to calibrate the displays, so I need someone to work with me to get this up and running.  Please, I shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops to get this to work.  I had also recommended this product to our Radiology IT division for other home users, but I may now have to rethink that recommendation.&#13;

This is my initial email, describing my problem.  I'm trying to run the application under Snow Leopard 10.6.2&#13;

I had initially tried the trial version, which expired.  I uninstalled it using AppZapper.  I re-installed it using the same installer I had used to install the trial version.  Tried activating the product.  Entered the CD serial number and the registration code into the appropriate boxes (that I got via email after completing the web form).  Was asked to close the app (which I did by clicking the red button on the window) and restarted the application.  I continue to get a message that the product trial has expired.  I also tried deleting the key.perfectlum, and trying again, also without success.  I then uninstalled it using the terminal as per your uninstall instructions (I believe), and re-installed using a newly downloaded installer.  Same problem.&#13;

UPDATE: I re-installed it using a separate admin account (the first account also had admin privileges) after uninstalling it with AppZapper.
