Question : I have registered the software online and got a registration code. This code I have put into the registration window of the application and I get a feedback from the software "thank you for registering the product". But when I relaunch the software it ask me again for the registration code.
Answer :Make sure that you have Administrator rights when you type the registration code. Only than the registration is saved on your machine.
